At Waterfall Fitted Furniture, every piece we create tells a story — not just of beautiful design and craftsmanship, but of teamwork. Step inside our workshop on any given day, and you’ll see Craig, Daryl, and Jack working side by side to bring ideas to life.

Craig, as founder, is usually at the helm of the design process. He’s the one pushing for new ideas, exploring ways to make the most out of space, and ensuring every project runs smoothly from first sketch to final fit. His focus is on making sure our clients get furniture that’s not only functional, but also feels like it truly belongs in their home.

Daryl is our expert sprayer — the person who takes all that hard work and gives it its final look and protection. His eye for detail and patience with the process means every panel, door, and finish comes out flawless. In many ways, he’s the one who makes sure our furniture doesn’t just look good on day one, but still looks great years down the line.

And then there’s Jack, our apprentice. He’s learning the ropes from the ground up, getting hands-on experience with every stage of the build. Jack brings energy and enthusiasm to the workshop, and it’s been rewarding to see his skills grow week by week as he becomes a real part of the process.

What makes our workshop special is that everything happens here under one roof. There are no middlemen, no outsourcing, no cutting corners. From design to cutting, spraying, and final checks, it’s all us — working together, learning from each other, and making sure every detail is right before your furniture arrives in your home.

For us, it’s not just about building fitted furniture. It’s about building trust, building skills, and building something that lasts.
